I interviewed a number of Realtors, prior to selecting Linda Dort. I chose Linda, mostly due to her knowledge of the area (Virginia Heritage). I was concerned about selling because there had been a number of homes on my street and on nearby streets that had sat on the market for awhile. Linda came in and knew exactly what was needed in order to sell it quickly in a somewhat difficult market. She took the lead on all the updates/contractors that would be needed in order to fix up the home prior to listing. Once it was listed, it only took a few days to receive three offers. I wouldn't change anything about this process.
